This theme will work with the iPhone 5S iOS 8.1 but is still not fully compatible with that iOS yet. This is because Winterboard is not been fully updated yet. All the custom icons will change but the Wallpaper will not change. However you can change the Wallpaper manually by copying both the Wallpaper and LockBackground .png files from the downloaded file to the iTunes Wallpaper folder, then re-sync, go to Settings and select both wallpapers to this theme just like you would normally do when changing any Wallpaper. Also the dock I have made will not show up on iOS 8.1 since it no longer has the same kind of dock. To get the dock to show, install "ClassicDock" from Cydia. To get more icons per row, install Springtomize 3 from Cydia.
