Here is a
way how to install iPhone themes....
1) u need to download DiskAid from http://diskaid.en.softonic.com/
2) connect your iphone to your pc via data cable
3) open DiskAid
u will get a page like this

than u need to go to the Root Folder instead of the media folder like this
(IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd94/sam1374/da1.jpg)
once done,in root folder there is a folder Library/themes
(IMG:http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd94/sam1374/da2.jpg)
the zip files u download from MobiTab has to be unziped, n u need to paste the folder in library/themes.
